An ideal base for your island holiday in Orkney, 19 St Catherine's Place, Kirkwall is a Historic Scotland Listed Building (circa 1805, constructed as workers' houses by a farmer, Andrew Drever in the early part of the 19th century).   The house retains much of its character, comprising of three bedrooms, lounge, dining kitchen, bathroom and downstairs toilet.   A newly refurbished self-catering property located within the heart of Kirkwall.  Just a short walk to the harbour and waterfront, shops, ferry terminal, travel centre, restaurants and bars.

The accommodation has two double bedrooms and a single bedroom, sleeping up to 5 guests comfortably.   The main bedroom has tea & coffee making facilities.

The kitchen is newly and fully equipped with all that you need to enjoy your stay.   There is an oven/grill, microwave, toaster, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, recycling facilities and a bluetooth DAB radio so that you can play your own music from your smart phone.
